Delivery
Delivery dates are officially confirmed in our confirmation E-Mail, however we aim to deliver our stock products within 48 hours of your order placement.
If at the time of order the product/products are unavailable, we will contact you via E-Mail with an approximate dispatch date.
We usually deliver all of our goods via overnight courier, but we do on occasion use Royal Mail and Pallet delivery (at our discretion).
Returns
You have the right to cancel any order at any time within a 7 working day period following the date the goods are received.
To action the returns process, you must email [email protected] within the 7 cooling off period from your order. You must state (1) the reason for the return and (2) your invoice/packing slip number prior to returning and our returns number must be enclosed within parcel (returns number advised via email). All goods must be unused, or in a saleable condition with the original packaging and returned at your own cost to: Unit 8 Jubilee Court, Copgrove, Harrogate, HG3 3TB.
Warranty
We warrant that at any products ordered shall at the time of delivery comply with their description, be of satisfactory quality and free from any defects.
You as the buyer must check the products for any defects or potential damage as soon as possible following delivery.
If you receive a delivery believed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly described you must email [email protected] within 7 days of upon any findings.
As distributors our product warranty is in agreement with the manufacturer. If the product is returned and found to be faulty within their terms and conditions, the goods will be replaced by the supplier in question.
