Terms of International Shipping:

To make our International shipping costs as competitive as possible we sometimes use freight comparison sites to determine the best value rates. Unfortunately, however, goods are only insured to the value of £50.00 GBP using this method of quoting. We regret therefore, that our liability is restricted to a maximum of £50.00 GBP for any one event whilst goods are in transit. We are NOT responsible for any goods lost or damaged over and above the £50.00 GBP liability. It is up to you “the buyer” to insure the goods to their true commercial value whilst in transit or alternatively we can quote for (ETL) Enhanced Transit Liability insurance separately.

We only ship using experienced International freight carriers such as Fedex; UPS; TNT and DPD but “situations” can happen.

The buyer/receiver will be given a tracking code once the goods are collected from us and you must do any tracking on your own from this point. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it's out of our hands - literally. The buyer/receiver will be responsible for tracking lost shipments and we cannot refund for any losses.

The shipping charge does not include any VAT/Duties set by your country. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to pay any such import VAT/duties.

Incoterm : CPT (Carriage Paid To)

Camax Uk Ltd is responsible for arranging carriage to named place, but not for insuring the goods to named place.

The goods are considered delivered when the consignment has been handed over to the first carrier of our choosing. The risk then transfers to buyer. The buyer assumes all risks of loss and damage at the time the goods leave our warehouse at HG3 3TB. THE BUYER PAYS FOR ANY INSURANCE REQUIREMENT

Incoterm : FCA Free Carrier (named place of destination)

The buyer arranges collection from Camax UK Ltd at HG3 3TB. Camax UK Ltd (the seller) hands over the goods cleared for export (waybills completed) to the first carrier with whom the buyer has agreed to make arrangements with. The buyer pays for all carriage costs.

Please us if you require any further clarification of Seller and Buyer obligations under the CPT (Carriage Paid To) or FCA (free Carrier – named place of destination) INCOTERMS
