• A “push to test” button now provides a visual confirmation of selected channels to aid the installer, reducing your technical support enquiries. However, we’re on hand in the UK at the end of a phone to support any application or installation queries that may arise.
• As per IGEM/GM/7A Electrical connections for gas metering equipment, Section 5: Installing Equipment, Gas meters or equipment in the hazardous area can only be connected to third party non-certified equipment by means of an Ex (ATEX) certified barrier/splitter, such as the Chatterbox-e. Direct connection is NOT allowed.
